Car stolen, abandoned, with sleeping toddler inside

Two men stole, then abandoned, a car Wednesday with a sleeping 3-year-old inside.

According to Atlanta police, a man parked his car in the area of Cambellton Road and Delowe Drive about 5 p.m. Wednesday. He got out of the car, but left the vehicle running with his daughter inside. Two men loitering near the car got in it and drove off, police said.

The car was found a short time later about a mile away, with the little girl still sleeping inside.
