No one was injured when a car drove into a south Fulton County bank Thursday afternoon.

Investigators believe the incident, around 3:45 p.m., was accidental, according to Cpl. Kay Lester with Fulton police.

But it appeared to cause extensive damage to the front of a Wells Fargo branch in the 1100 block of Fairburn Road.

Investigators remained at the scene for several hours.
