Police early Thursday made a second arrest in the March death of a man found shot inside a vehicle in northwest Atlanta, and the suspect is the younger brother of the man already in custody for the crime.

Officers called to the 2500 block of Center Street before 1 a.m. March 11 found Quantavious Lee Morrison, 23, of Atlanta, dead in the passenger seat of a 2008 Dodge Avenger. He had been shot in the head, police said.

Early Thursday, police arrested Charles Cochran, 22, on a murder warrant. He was booked into the Fulton County Jail, charged with murder, aggravated assault with intent to murder and possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a felony.

In early May, Cochran's 24-year-old brother, Terry Cochran, was also arrested and charged with murder in connection with Morrison's death. He remains in the Fulton County Jail.
