A woman found stabbed on Emory University’s campus Sunday has since told police her injuries were self-inflicted.

In a tweet Tuesday, the university announced campus police had concluded their investigation into the incident.

Police say the woman was found around 7 p.m. Sunday near the baseball field on the university’s Atlanta campus, triggering a shelter-in-place alert for the area until 9 p.m.
