Atlanta entertainer Usher thanked his fans for their support via Instagram on Tuesday night, posting a photo that included his son, who is out the hospital after a near drowning last week.

His message said, “Thank U #TeamUsher for the love & support. Can’t do it without you.”

Usher was pictured playing a game with his son, whose right arm was wrapped up.

Usher Raymond V, who is 5, was spotted with his grandmother leaving an indoor bounce house called Mighty Jumps in Atlanta on Monday — a week after he nearly drowned when his arm got stuck in a pool drain at a home in Buckhead, the celebrity website TMZ reported.

A family spokesman told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Tuesday morning that the boy was released from the hospital on Sunday and is at home and doing fine.

On Friday, a Fulton County Superior Court judge dismissed ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond's request for emergency custody of the couple's two children. The judge said the pool incident could have happened to anyone. At the time of the near-drowning, both the younger Usher and his brother, age 4, were in the care of their great-aunt Rena Oden, who tried unsuccessfully to pull the boy to safety.

Usher has had full custody of the couple’s sons for nearly a year.
