Brown attached the plaque to the railing on Tuesday; he came back today to attache the lighthouse to its top. The lighthouse bears the words "Keep The Light Shining For Austin & Perry" at its base and is topped with an LED light. "I grew up here in the north part of the county, and this really hit home with me," he said. "I felt like I wanted to do something to show support, so I went in my shop and created this."
