A man was killed in an early morning shooting Sunday at a luxury apartment complex in Midtown Atlanta, according to police and news reports.

Brandon Michael Gibson, 21, was shot multiple times at SkyHouse apartments on West Peachtree Street near 12th Street, according to Channel 2 Action News. He was shot in the hallway of the fourth floor, Channel 2 reports.

The shooting happened around 3:30 a.m. inside an apartment at 1080 W. Peachtree St., acording to Atlanta police spokesman Kim Jones.

Channel 2 reports that police believe all parties involved knew each other because everyone left the building after the shooting happened. Several people told Channel 2 that a music video shoot was going on at the time of the shooting, but police have yet to confirm that information.
