A tractor-trailer lost its load at the Interstate 20 ramp westbound to I-285 northbound in DeKalb County on Wednesday, blocking the ramp and causing heavy delays during rush hour.

The Georgia Department of Transportation expected the scene to clear by 7 p.m., according to its website.

There were lingering delays in the area as debris clearance continued.
