A Forsyth County woman is facing charges of exploitation and intimidation of disabled and elderly adults, according to the local sheriff’s office.

Forsyth detectives arrested 42-year-old Kimberly McAfee Pruitt on Friday after receiving a complaint that she was involved in fraudulent practices. Pruitt is also charged with first degree forgery, felony theft by taking and unauthorized practice of law.

Pruitt’s husband, Chadd Musgrave, was also arrested while law enforcement executed a search warrant for possession of a sawed off shot gun.

Meanwhile, two deputies involved in the case face possible disciplinary action. No details were released, but the deputies have been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by the GBI, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office.
