Authorities in Forsyth County said they found and arrested a man who got into a car wreck before running away from the scene while wearing pajama pants.

The crash happened Monday morning on Martin Road near Ga. 400, according to Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Cpl. Doug Rainwater. After the crash, the driver fled on foot wearing a hoodie and his pajama bottoms, Rainwater said.

Rainwater said the man has multiple warrants for his arrest from another jurisdiction. Details about those warrants are unclear.

Around 2:30 p.m., he was arrested after residents and business owners called the sheriff’s office to report sightings of him, the sheriff’s office said in a Facebook post. His booking photo was released, but neither his name nor the charges he will face were provided.
