4 charged in fatal Mableton hit-and-run

Four people have been charged in the fatal hit-and-run of a Mableton man over the weekend.

Joshua Heath Chellew, 36, was walking along Mableton Parkway when a vehicle struck him early Sunday morning, police said.

On Monday afternoon, Cobb County investigators identified four suspects wanted in connection with the death of Chellew.

Jekari Strozier, 19, Antonio Pass, 18, Johnathan Anthony, 18, and Kemonta Bonds, 18, all from Mableton, have been charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Act.

Three of the four were being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. Tuesday afternoon, Bonds turned himself in at the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.
