GBI officials have arrested a man accused of strangling a prominent community leader in Eatonton and drowning her in a bathtub.
Frank Don Causey, 26, of Memphis, Tenn., was charged with murder Tuesday after police say he killed Lydia Huggins Ivanditti at her home Dec. 2.
