The study revealed that an elephant’s bladders is 3,6000 times larger than a cat’s bladder, but they both relieve themselves in the same time span.

The findings put gravity center-stage and contradict some previous studies concluding that associated urine flow mainly with muscular contraction and pressure on the bladder.
