Over the past two years, the Gwinnett Police Electronic and Financial Crimes Unit followed a series of complaints from businesses regarding forged checks. The investigation ultimately uncovered an illegal check printing operation at 3205 Newcastle Way in Snellville.

A search of the property in February revealed multiple forgery related items and tools used to produce forged checks. At that time, Rochelle Carter and Johnnie Holland were arrested. A third suspect, Inginac Theodore, remained at large until June 16 when he and the son of Real Housewive's star Nene Leake's, Bryson Bryant, were arrested in Douglas.

According to the Douglas Police Department, Theodore and Bryson were printing forged checks and passing them all over Coffee County. They were caught in the process of printing additional forged checks at the scene.

Theodore is currently incarcerated in the Coffee County Jail on five felony charges without bond. He is awaiting transfer to Gwinnett County and Athens-Clarke County.
