The vote count is under way in the April 18 special election in metro Atlanta that included the closely watched U.S. House race in Georgia’s 6th district and runoff elections in two of metro Atlanta’s newest cities.
Polls closed at 7 p.m. in DeKalb, Fulton and Cobb counties, where residents cast ballots to replace U.S. Rep. Tom Price, who was chosen by President Trump as the federal health secretary.
