Victims put their hands in the air in case the shooter has blended into the crowd. Carroll County School, Villa Rica Police Department, Carroll County Public Safety, Carroll County Sheriffs Office, Georgia State Patrol and Tanner Healthcare took part in the drill. School was not in session, teachers and administrators played the part of students during the drill. A shooter played by a law enforcement officer entered the school and began shooting. The drill was designed to test the response of school officials, police and EMT. "Patients" were transported to the hospital via ambulances and helicopter.
