Kathleen Bertrand , an Atlanta native and multi-talented singer and songwriter will perform two shows at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. April 23 at the Velvet Note.

Tickets are $25.

Bertrand is well known for her strong jazz and soul sound. She has performed before two presidents and at jazz festivals around the world. She has also toured and recorded as a vocalist with jazz vibraphonist Roy Ayers.

The Velvet Note is located at, 4075 Old Milton Pkwy. in Alpharetta.

Her CDs include “Katharsis” and “New Standards”.
