Northside Hospital-Forsyth received a $22,500 grant from the Sport of  Giving for the expansion of breast cancer services.

The funds will be used to buy a new breast MRI table for the hospital's Breast Care Center. Part of the money will also be used to printing breast cancer handbooks for patients and their families.

The Sport of Giving, formerly know as VolleyFest, has been a supporter of Northside Hospital-Forsyth's breast cancer program.

The Sport of Giving is a non-profit organization that works in the fight against the disease and to also raise awareness.
