ClassPass unlimited workouts come to Atlanta

Jan 7, 2015

If you’re working on those fitness resolutions for the new year, you now have the option of using ClassPass.

The New York-based fitness platform launched in Atlanta (and several other markets) last week.

ClassPass is a membership program that allows you to attend workout classes at a range of boutique fitness studios for a fixed monthly fee. You can take an unlimited number of classes each month, but you can only visit any one studio in the network up to three times per month.

The founder and CEO, Payal Kadakia, says they hope to give people a choice on how they maintain their health and fitness. ClassPass members can enjoy a range of fitness classes including cycling, Pilates, yoga, strength training, dance, martial arts and more.

In Atlanta, $79 a month gets you access to classes at the following studios:

All you do is find a class, reserve it with a tap and attend. You may not be able to attend every class you wish as classes fill quickly, but you can choose from any of the studios. If you need to cancel your reservation, do so 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. You can cancel your ClassPass membership whenever you like with no fee, and if you need to put your membership on hold, you pay $19, which still allows you to take one class during each month you hold.

In addition, ClassPass Flex allows you to use your membership at ClassPass network studios in any city where ClassPass operates.
