Looking to have a fancy New Year’s Eve celebration? Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails in Alpharetta has you covered.

A buffet won’t be found at this gathering. Instead, the restaurant wants to wine and dine guests.

From 5 p.m. - 10 p.m., attendees can enjoy a three-course meal curated by executive chef Derek Dollar.

On the prix-fixe $75 menu is a first course including lobster bisque, spinach and warm brie salad and oysters on the half shell. The second course includes bacon-wrapped filet mignon and a spiced and smoked duck breast. For dessert, guests can choose from a chocolate bundt cake, humming bird cake or a poinsettia triffle. The latter features a Champagne sponge cake, cranberry mousse and candied orange.

Milton’s is located in Crabapple’s Historic District and is housed in a restored 150-year-old farmhouse and a 1930s cottage. Dollar joined the eatery in 2011 as a sous chef before a promotion to chef de cuisine in 2013. He then quickly became executive chef that year.
