Months after opening, Alpharetta’s Central City Tavern is hosting a New Year’s Eve party.
The upscale sports tavern’s bash begins at 9 p.m. Dec. 31 and will include a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight.

A balloon drop is also in store as the clock strikes 12 and prizes are included upon their descent. No need to worry about bringing any party accessories; hats, noisemakers and crowns will be available.
This is the first NYE bash that Central City Tavern Alpharetta will host. The location opened its doors in October after the first location launched in Sugar Hill in in June.
It’s not just a bar, offering meals such as the mushroom steak skillet, the ciabatta chicken Casear sandwich and signature roasted wings, there are also activities available. They include bingo, a shuffleboard table and Keno.

The Alpharetta location is touted as the “go-to” spot in the heart of Alpharetta City Center. It features a patio that opens out to a big, green courtyard where guests gather for drinks and socialization.
