Napa-style wine tasting room, restaurant and retail market Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is set to open its first Georgia location in Alpharetta next month.

Located at 7750 North Point Parkway, Cooper’s Hawk will debut Feb. 17 and will join more than 65 locations nationwide.

The menu, overseen by culinary team leader Bryce Starling and executive chef Matt McMillan, is “contemporary American infused with global flavors,” according to a news release. Dishes feature bin numbers offering suggested wine pairings.

Dinner, brunch, happy hour, kid-friendly and gluten-free menus are offered.

The dinner menu includes appetizers, soups, salads, steak, seafood, vegetarian entrees, low-calorie options, burgers, sandwiches and desserts. Dishes include gnocchi carbonara, soy ginger Atlantic salmon, bleu cheese and crispy onion burger, roasted vegetable enchiladas and Napa chicken chopped salad.

For guests interested in trying Copper’s Hawks wines, the tasting room offers a “tasting experience” with flights and samples of more than 50 varietals. In addition to the wine menu, craft cocktails and sangrias made with Cooper’s Hawk wine are available. A wine club offers members a new wine every month in the dining room or at home, plus rewards and discounts.

The Alpharetta location’s tasting room and retail market are in the front of the space, with an indoor dining room with seating for 260 guests, a covered patio with seating for 64 and a private dining area for 48. The space is designed “with wine-inspired décor, layered textures, and warm lighting,” according to a news release.

Opening hours are 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Fridays-Saturdays and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sundays.

Founded in 2005 by CEO Tim McEnery, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois.
