Local Chef Julia LeRoy will lead this hands on class designed to lower your anxiety level about cooking gluten free. You’ll spend some time with a few GF flours and soon you’ll see that cooking gluten free is not as hard as you think. After all, if there’s such a thing as GF grilled cheese sandwich or jambalaya made with GF roux, then maybe gluten free cooking isn’t so scary after all.
