The National Championship Game between Georgia and Alabama on Monday night is just one of the many events planned for fans and the public around Mercedes Benz Stadium and the Georgia World Congress Center Saturday through Monday, including concerts by Darius Rucker, Kendrick Lamar and Brett Young. Here are the announced events at a glance.
The College Football Championship Fan Playoff Central , open Saturday-Monday(schedule below), offers hands-on games and clinics, live band performances, celebrity guest appearances, autograph opportunities and pep rallies in celebration of college football.
A full weekend of outdoor concerts is planned under the name AT&T Playoff Playlist Live, plus the halftime concert during the championship game by Kendrick Lamar, will also be outside the stadium and open to the public. Jason Derulo, The Chainsmokers and Darius Rucker headline the trio of shows at Centennial Olympic Park. Also on the bill are Charlie Puth, Lizzo, Bebe Rexha, Spencer Ludwig and Brett Young. Local DJs will be on site to entertain in between the musical acts.
