The ‘Black Panther’ cast takes on the #GetOutChallenge

April 12, 2017

The #GetOutChallenge, inspired by the thriller "Get Out," initially took off a few months ago, but the movie's star is still riding the wave.

Daniel Kaluuya, who has been filming his next flick “Black Panther” in Atlanta, took a break from set to join in on the viral trend that surfaced on social media back in February.

His Marvel co-star Lupita Nyong'o posted a clip on her Facebook page of the actor standing still as the rest of the crew charges toward him at full-speed.

The video challenge is meant to hilariously mimic a spooky scene from “Get Out,” where Kaluuya’s character, Chris, is almost knocked down by a castmate who sprints in his direction before turning sharply to avoid a collision.

So why is Kaluuya so late to the party?

His breakout film just got nominated for six MTV Movie Awards. What better way to celebrate?!
