Atlantan Zac Brown is up for four Country Music Association Awards with his band on Nov. 10, but before that he’s got a date that looms even larger – at least in the children’s entertainment universe.

Brown will sing during “Yo Gabba Gabba Live: There’s a Party in My City” at 2 and 5 p.m. Oct. 24 at the Fox Theatre. He’ll join DJ Lance Rock, beat box ace Biz Markie and the rest of the cast of the popular Nick Jr. children’s show who are also doing two Fox gigs on Oct. 23.

Tickets: 1-800-845-3000, ticketmaster.com or Fox box office.

For the CMAs, Brown and band are nominated for the top prize of entertainer of the year as well as vocal group of the year, new artist of the year and musical event for "Can't You See" featuring Kid Rock.
