Springfield, Ohio, native John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen are the inspiration behind a sitcom that may be coming to ABC.
"Black-ish" creator Kenya Barris told Buzzfeed he has been working on a project loosely based on the couple, and Legend and Teigen have already signed on as producers.
While the show is in its early stages, Buzzfeed reported that the focus would be on an interracial couple, and filming could start in February 2016.
A working title for the sitcom is "Ordinary People," which comes from a Grammy Award-winning track of Legend's with the same name.
Singer and songwriter Legend married supermodel Teigen in 2013, and the couple has gained quite a media following since.
