TRX aquired by Wash. travel software firm
Atlanta-based TRX Inc., a provider of travel management software, will be acquired by Bellevue, Wash.-based Concur, another provider of travel and expense management solutions.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
TRX provides data intelligence, process automation, outsourcing and other software and mobile solutions. The company also has business process outsourcing and call center business units.
