• Always be interviewing potential new hires. You need a ready pipeline of new talent as your business changes.
  • To woo an investor: Get a referral. Have a succinct pitch that differentiates you. Highlight your expertise in the product or service.

  • Save time to work on growing the business. Don't spend too much of your time on process stuff.
