The Ellis, a new boutique hotel
The WInecoff Hotel closed after a horrific 1946 fire. The building has had several uses since and is reopening Monday as The Ellis, a boutique hotel in downtown Atlanta.

All rooms at the Ellis come equipped with free wireless Internet connection, a 32-inch high-definition TV, an iPod docking alarm clock and ostrich leather headboards.
