Age: 44

Occupation: Director, Quality Resource Management, Kaiser Permanente. She is also an independent distributor for ViSalus Sciences, a company that sells health and weight-loss products.

What I’m wearing: Earls is wearing a satin bow-tie blouse by Ralph Lauren; a gray pencil skirt by Adrienne Vittadini; patent leather, peep-toe sling-backs by Diego di Lucca; a watch by Burberry; and jewelry by David Yurman.

Signature style: “My signature style is simply classic elegance. I love pieces that transcend time and [I] tend to gravitate more toward designer wear, since my emphasis is on quality and not quantity.

“My wardrobe consists of polished staples in classic colors that I coordinate and accessorize with a feminine flair to transform my looks from casual to corporate.”

Best finds: “A Brooks Brothers non-iron, fitted white shirt is a definite wardrobe essential and my oversized Cynthia Rowley patent leather purse with multiple pockets — that I found at T.J. Maxx — gets compliments every time I carry it.”

Fashion weakness: “Since I have a holistic, layered approach to my personal style, my fashion weaknesses consist of my favorite designers for my ‘core-four’ fashion foundations: makeup by M·A·C, cologne by Jo Malone (I use the art of fragrance to design my own signature fragrance), wardrobe by Ralph Lauren [and] jewelry by David Yurman.”

Favorite stores: “T.J. Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Macy’s are my main stores. I never pay retail and [I] love outlet shopping.”

Fashion inspiration: “Addison Montgomery’s style from the television series “Private Practice.”

Pet peeve: “When people do not maximize their potential. This is why I created my company, Reshape Success, to empower people to maximize their potential by choosing a lifestyle of improved image, health and wealth.”

Best fashion compliment: “I have a passion for fashion and love a ‘shopportunity’ so I am flattered when people literally ask me to be their personal shopper. My best compliment to date comes from my good friend Debra Feagins, who suggested me for this article. She said, ‘Cheryl has the ability to make a blue jean outfit look like an after-5 combination.’ ”
