Detroit Lions quarterback and former University of Georgia standout Matt Stafford and his wife Kelly are selling their Buckhead-area home, she announced on Wednesday.

The four-bedroom, 2,985-square-foot townhouse at 3271 Vermont Place is listed at $1,275,000.

It has three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, according to the listing, which shows the house stripped of furnishings — except one room, which displays two oversized photos of the couple together.

The home also includes "custom upgrades with beautiful dark hardwoods," a private elevator, chef's kitchen, butler's pantry, grilling area and more, according to the listing.

Kelly announced the sale on her Instagram, writing,"Matthew and I are selling our detached townhouse in Georgia!!"

Matt and Kelly, a former UGA cheerleader, were engaged in April 2014 and wed in April of this year at a "lavish ceremony" at The Foundry at Puritan Mill on Atlanta's westside.
