The developers of Ponce City Market are fleshing out their plans for the development at the enormous former Sears warehouse.

Jamestown Properties said in a state economic filing that it’s planning 439 residential units, about 460,000 square feet of office space and another 230,000 square feet of retail at the building on Ponce de Leon. Some 50,000 square feet of restaurants are in the works as well as 75,000 square feet of recreational space, according to the documents.

Jamestown plans to invest more than $200 million to transform the 2 million-square-foot building - about the size of two malls - into a mixed-use center that attracts residents, shoppers and office tenants who want nontraditional space for their businesses.
