TriBridge Residential has begun selling 52 condominiums atop the Loews Atlanta Hotel in Midtown. The property, 1065 Midtown, comprises the top 11 floors of the hotel at 1065 Peachtree St NE, The units were previously apartments that were developed by Daniel Corp. as part of its 12th and Midtown project. Daniel later sold the units to Atlanta-based TriBridge. Prices at 1065 Midtown start in the $600,000s. The condos are 1,182 square feet to 2,819 square feet and feature floor-to-ceiling, glass-paneled windows, hardwood floors, designer kitchens, self-closing drawers and other amenities.
