Atlanta-based Noble Investment Group, which seeks out deals in lodging and hospitality, said it is acquiring four Residence Inn by Marriott hotels in the Cleveland area.

Extensive renovations are planned for the hotels, according to Noble principal Ben Brunt, who said Cleveland is attractive because of the growing number of healthcare, biomedical engineering and technology companies.

Noble has invested more than $2.5 billion in hotel acquisitions affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton and Starwood.
