More than 320 acres in west Georgia sold to industrial development firm

More than 320 acres of undeveloped land in west Georgia that is zoned for light industrial use has been sold.

The Roseview Group said Thursday it was involved in the deal to sell the land along Riverside Parkway in Douglasville to Rooker Properties, an industrial development firm. The property sits near the mixed-use Tributary community, which includes more than 400 homes.
