Millennium Mat, a producer of industrial mats, said it will double its Gwinnett County office and manufacturing operations and create 50 new jobs after relocating to new space in Suwanee.

The company has leased 256,700 square feet of space at 3200 Shawnee Industrial Way, a short distance from its previous location. The move represents a $9.5 million capital investment over the next five years, the company said.

Millennium Mat, which also has operations in the United Kingdom and India, said new press and printing equipment will allow it to produce mats in more styles, shapes and sizes.
