King & Spalding said Monday it named partner Jeffrey S. Spigel head of its anti-trust practice. Spigel succeeds Kevin R. Sullivan, who will focus on managing the firm's Washington, D.C. office's litigation practice. Sullivan also will remain in charge of King & Spalding's global cartel defense practice. Both men are in Atlanta-based King & Spalding's Washington office. Spigel, who has been with the firm since 1995, had been a co-leader of the the firm's antitrust initiative and runs its transactional antitrust practice.
