Yevette Jackson of Decatur reads a book as she waits along with thousands of job seekers for the Georgia Department of Labor's job fair to begin at the Georgia World Congress Center. Jackson, who has been unemployed since losing a 20-year marketing position in May 2008, was looking for a job as well as information about continuing education. "I am about ready to sweep floors, but they won't even hire me at McDonald's," Jackson said.
