Hey Atlanta ... how honest are you?

It's a test of the collective honesty of Atlantans: Maryland-based Honest Tea will have a pop-up store at the Mall at Peachtree Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visitors can pay $1 for a bottle of Honest Tea, but there's a wrinkle: the store is unmanned and relies entirely on the honor system. (But be warned: Honest Tea will have hidden cameras set up to track the results and see if people pay for the drinks.)

How will local citizens stack up in terms of purity of heart? So far, New Yorkers were 89 percent honest and Bostonians were 93.3 percent honest, according to tallies by Honest Tea, which is partly owned by Coca-Cola.

All proceeds from the Honest Store will be donated to Hands On Atlanta, a local nonprofit that helps individuals and groups find volunteer opportunities.
