Hartsfield-Jackson International is seeking developers for land around the airport.

The airport has issued requests for proposals for sites on Godby Road, Riverdale Road, Loop Road and Clark Howell Highway.

City of Atlanta and airport officials have rescheduled a pre-proposal conference for companies interested in the land to Jan. 14, 2020 at the airport technical campus at 1255 South Loop Road in College Park.

Proposals for the leases are now due March 18, 2020 at 2 p.m.

The airport held a real estate industry day for developers earlier this year, where Hartsfield-Jackson general manager John Selden said: "We feel the time is right to invest in the possibilities around Hartsfield-Jackson."
