Downtown Atlanta residents and visitors hoping to connect with food straight from the farm now have a new option on the weekends.

A farmer’s market will operate at Centennial Olympic Park every second and fourth Saturday through September. The offering is designed to “encourage a sustainable downtown Atlanta community by providing visitors and locals with direct access to farmers and agricultural businesses of Georgia,” according to operators of the greenspace.

Fruit, pork, honey and homemade popsicles are among the products that will be available during the markets, which runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Andrew Young International Boulevard.
