The new Canton Marketplace shopping center by Sembler features a Lowe's, Super Target & Best Buy among other big name stores. Despite the consumer recession that has hit retailers especially hard, Sembler, a prolific developer of big box retail centers in metro Atlanta, will open an 800,000 square foot mall in Canton in March.
