Temperatures have started to rebound, but are climbing slowly, and are still well below freezing in most areas of metro Atlanta.

Readings at 10 a.m. ranged from 25 in Dunwoody and Alpharetta, 26 in Dallas and 27 in Cartersville to 28 in Chamblee, 30 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 32 in Peachtree City.
