Winter storm: Red Cross shelters open Friday night

As North Georgia continues to deal with unkind winter weather , the Red Cross has several shelters open to help those in need Friday night.
- Forsyth County: Freedom Tabernacle Church, 2160 Freedom Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041
- Hall County: First Baptist Church, 751 Green St., Gainesville, GA 30501
- Gilmer County: Gilmer County Middle School Gym, 1860 S. Main Street, Ellijay, GA 30540
