The sun is shining brightly, but temperatures have been slow to rebound from morning lows that were in the mid-20s across much of metro Atlanta.

Temperatures at noon Tuesday ranged from 26 in Alpharetta and Dunwoody, 28 in Marietta and 29 in Dallas to 30 in Chamblee, 33 at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and 36 in Peachtree City.
