"I want to start this off by setting some ground rules," she said from a makeshift soapbox. "Because you know they expecting some [stuff] to pop off."

Hooks told the protesters to identify any troublemakers who might be in the crowd.

Hooks also reminded the protesters the they event will last for four hours.

"Four hours," Hooks shouted. "The amount of time they let our brother's dead body lay on the ground."
