The pedestrian killed on I-285 eastbound has been identified as Jarvis Eddie Paul Cohen, 28, of Mableton, Sandy Springs police said Friday afternoon.

After being involved in a wreck, Cohen got out of his car and was struck by at least one vehicle while walking across the interstate. The driver that hit Cohen is not expected to be charged, according to Sgt. Ron Momon.
