Dunwoody police are searching for a man accused of breaking into vehicles belonging to Florida evacuees.

The victims, who sought refuge in metro Atlanta as Hurricane Irma bore down on Florida, had parked their vehicles at a hotel in Dunwoody when 19-year-old Qyderricko Holmes broke into two vehicles on Sept. 11, police said.

Holmes' last known address was Atlanta, according to a Facebook post from the police department.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to contact Det. Waldron at 678-382-6911 or tim.waldron@dunwoodyga.gov. To submit an anonymous tip, visit the Dunwoody police tip site.
