Despite calls for calm from local, state and national leaders including President Barack Obama, who addressed the nation earlier this evening, looting and flames are occurring along with peaceful protesting following the Ferguson grand jury's decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson in the Aug. 9 fatal shooting of Michael Brown.
